she needs to contact both and request documents that she herself signed to open this account. have those credit card companies get her receipts for EVERY TRANSACTION since the time account opened this will show she didnt sign any receipts. Next she needs to contact the authorities and prosecute him for identity theft etc. Honestly I think this is the only way she is going to get out from under this debt. If she refuses to prosecute him tell her to get ready to make payments.
