Yes, most credit cards can be paid on line. One of my friend did the same thing, he had to leave the country because his work visa expired, he figure out how much he had pay the credit card companies since he had them, it was almost double of what his credit limit was, so the credit companies already had made a lot of money on him, then he sent letters to the credit companies asking them if he could settle his debt with them because he had to leave the country and in good faith he wanted to clear his debt, the companies settled for something like 10cents on the dollar or so.. I have done that. Left the UK with my old cards and the debt on them, then paid back from the new country. Nobody cared. It was business as usual.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,

if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
