If you have a judgment against you they can possibly attach any assets no matter where they are. Pay Pal is not going to shield your assets

If they are tied to your credit card they can. Why don%26#039;t you go to bankruptcy court?

In answer to your question, yes if they have a judgment, they can garnish any assets including money held in a PayPal account. The bigger issue why let it go to judgment? Why not just take personal responsibility and pay your bills/debts?
