well it happened to me to if you want to plead your case you have to go but if you don%26#039;t the judge will give the other party a default judgment and if that happens they can freeze your checking account and you cant write checks and checks you have already written may come back as cold because no money is able to be used in your account if it is froze ..it got so bad for us we had to file bankruptcy ....hope you can work it out
