according to the best-selling book %26quot;don%26#039;t buy stuff you cannot afford%26quot; if you can%26#039;t afford it, don%26#039;t buy it, here%26#039;s a plan to get you out of debt and in a new house: just live where you%26#039;re living now and save up to pay off your debt, if the debt gets deeper then you can handle, call a lawyer to settle your debt. once your debt is payed off, save up for a down payment on a house.

I can%26#039;t tell you how to pay off your debt if you want to go through one of those consolidation companies but if you go through AAPEX Mortgage...they can help y ou get financed for a house. As long as your score is 580 or above, you can get 100% financing. If below...you can still get 90-95% financing you may justhave to put a down payment. They are very good at helping you qualify and have a system that tells you exactly what you need to do to get that 100% financing.
