I dont think so- but GUILT can imprison you unless you dont have a conscience.

From what I have been reading on the Philippines official web site, this is considered a civil problem, not a criminal one. Therefore, it would be safe to say that you would not go to jail.

There are other problems that would occur with this but jail is not one of them.
